The Wiltshire Deep Roast Pan with Rack is ideal for roasting meats and vegetables for a smaller group of people. The rack ensures that the meat is kept out of the juices for a more uniform cook as well as allowing the skin of your chosen meat to crisp up. The juices can be utilised to create an accompanying sauce or gravy. The dark coating on the pan has the ability to transfer heat for even browning and heating. Made from carbon steel with a special non stick finish, baked goods slip right out making cleaning extra easy. Oven safe for temperatures up to 200°C. For best results, the non stick finish cleans up quickly and easily in hot soapy water with a cloth or sponge.
