Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Please note, We do not accept the return for change of mind.
We only accept the return if you have received faulty items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 15 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Shipping Damage and Claims
If you receive a parcel or box with visible damage, it should be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery and the proof of delivery should be signed as “damaged” or “rejected”.
Items with concealed damage claims must be reported to Homeware Shop within five (5) working days of receiving the order.
Damaged or faulty items should remain in their original packaging for inspection and must not be used or disposed of.
Homeware Shop reserves the right to inspect damaged goods before processing a claim.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@homewareshop.co.nz.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please send it to: Unit G-35-47 Saint Johns Road, Saint Johns, Auckland 1072, New Zealand.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery Time Frame
- Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 3–6 working days, subject to stock availability. Delivery times may vary during periods of high order volume.
