Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe:

Orders for stocked items are generally dispatched and delivered within 3–10 working days after order confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability and delivery location. Rural Delivery addresses must select the “Rural Delivery” shipping option during checkout.

Shipping Method We currently offer standard shipping for all orders within New Zealand using courier partners such as NZ Post.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-10 business days after dispatch

Product Availability and Delays:

If a product is unavailable or a delivery delay occurs, we will contact you using the details provided with your order. Where an item cannot be supplied, you may request cancellation and a refund for the affected product.

Delivery Process:

Deliveries may require a signature on receipt. If nobody is available at the delivery address, the courier company may leave a calling card or contact you to arrange redelivery or collection according to their delivery procedures.

Delivery Address:

Please provide a valid physical delivery address, as we are unable to ship orders to PO Box addresses. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier provider. Tracking information may be provided where available.
