Wiltshire Deep Roaster

The Wiltshire Deep Roast Pan is ideal for those larger cuts of meat. The depth of the pan allows you to rest meat on the veges so they absorb all that wonderful flavour. Also great as a baking bath for crumbles and custards etc. The dark coating on the pan has the ability to transfer heat for even browning and heating. Made from carbon steel with a special non stick finish, baked goods slip right out making cleaning extra easy. Oven safe for temperatures up to 200°C. For best results, the non stick finish cleans up quickly and easily in hot soapy water with a cloth or sponge.
