Wiltshire enamelware is also suitable for use on gas and electric cooktops, as well as oven safe to 240�C and perfect for serving straight from the dish. The Cream Porcelain Enamel finish is highly scratch resistant but only for use with nylon, wooden or silicone utensils as metal may damage the surface.
