Also straining of raw apples is no problem. The two straining discs can be changed quickly. Unique: the effective metal wiper at the bottom of the disc for complete use up. The mill is held by 3-point hooks for a stable and safe hold. Due to the position of the hooks, the food mill has an equilibrated rest on the pot and stays away from the strained vegetables.
